What Does this Class Teach?

POWER SKATING is for individuals with
some skating experience. The program has been designed to
improve each players skating dexterity. Power skating emphasizes
balance and agility, explosive starts, longer and stronger
strides thereby increasing efficiency, edge control allowing
the skater power filled crossovers, tight turns and powerful
lateral movement. All this and power stops too.
The "Power Skating II" program focuses on more in-depth
skills for players who have previously completed IGLOO POWER
SKATING SESSIONS or have some hockey experience.
