Hockey League

South Jersey Summer Collegiate Hockey League is now in the process of registering players for the 2008 Summer season. 

To be eligible, you must be 18 or older and currently playing Collegiate or Junior Elite Hockey or planning on playing Collegiate or Junior Elite Hockey in the Fall. 

League fees are $160.00 for eight games – jersey and socks included. MUST be paid in advance in full. 

2008 season includes 8 games and one practice, Games will be played on Wednesday nights at the Mt Laurel Igloo commencing June 11^th and ending July 30^st. 

Players will be placed on teams through a coaches draft, there will be two goalies per team and each team will have a full time coach who will run lines and direct the team.  NCAA rules will govern all games – players must wear cages, no visors permitted. No fighting permitted.  

2007 participants include players from the Ontario Junior Hockey League, Metro Junior Hockey League, American College Hockey Association and NCAA teams. 

Register ON LINE at http://www.skateigloo.com  go to Collegiate League on the Igloo’s home page OR register in person at the Igloo front desk before Sunday June 1.  Teams will be drafted on Monday June 2. 

This is the third season for the SJSCHL - registration is limited and players will be accepted on first come first served basis.
