Lessons : What Will I learn? Introduction of
skating, development of coordination and necessary skills to advance to
basic skating classes. |

Snow Plow Sam 1 |

Introduces students to
marching in place, moving forward, gliding and bending the
knees. |

Snow Plow Sam 2 |
|
Builds on Slow Plow Sam
1, adding backward swizzles, rocking horses and gliding. |
|

Snow Plow Sam 3 |
|
Builds on Snow Plow Sam
2, adding more advanced swizzles, stopping, curves and one foot
glides. This is also the bridge to Basic 1-8 classes. |
