Front Desk Staff
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices.
- Must be available to work weeknights and/or weekends
Skate Guard/Event Host
- The Skate Attendant/Party Host/Event Staff is a key resource member of the Igloo team in its successful operation of the facility. The position provides customer service, duties associated with skate rental counter operation, on ice presence during public skate and other ice events, birthday party and group outing hosting, general event staff member and facility upkeep, and program assistance as needed.
- Must have weekend availability
